Emergency shelter concept was designed for survivors in Lobos, Philippines, who lost their homes during typhoon season. The design prioritizes functionality and emotional recovery by integrating communal gardens and designated sleeping areas.
To design an emergency hostile in Lobos Philippines. The design surrounding is a communal garden and will accommodate up to
7-10 people comfortably.
The call to action of the design is sustainability. During typhoon season, the water reaches more than 5 feet. The emergency hostile will then float onto the surface of the water through a structural foundation made from recycled liquid containers. The design is a multi- purpose design to be used as a communal garden and a safe haven for multiple families through the typhoon season.
