Express Yourself is a creative hub for young artists to express themselves and access mental health resources, located at the University of Washington. As young adults increasingly rely on digital technology, many lose essential social skills and become disconnected from in-person communities.
The goal of Express Yourself is to empower young artists by providing a space to explore their creativity and support their mental well-being.
The hub will offer counseling services, art classes, an art gallery, a dance studio, and an event space. Its design encourages young adults to explore their creativity through art, movement, and community engagement.
